Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days when received before 12 pm (Brisbane, QLD), Monday – Friday. The warehouse is closed on the weekend. During the silly season October – December dispatch of your order can take up to 3 business days.
DISPATCH 1-2 business days doesn’t apply to PERSONALISE ME (embroidery) orders. PERSONALISE ME orders are shipped within 5-10 working days after the PERSONALISE ME order is received.

Your tracking notification is emailed to you same day or next and will become live after 6 pm (Brisbane, QLD). If you haven’t received your shipping notification, please check your spam/junk folder.
Tracking information for orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be available until Monday evening.
IMPORTANT NOTE: During November & December all orders placed after 12 pm (Brisbane, QLD) on Friday, or on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched by Tuesday the following week at the latest.

All international orders are shipped with DHL-Express.

DHL doesn’t deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Physical private or business addresses only.

DHL will provide you with options such as changing the delivery address or choosing a delivery date that suits you while your parcel is in transit. You can make changes directly on the DHL website. All you need is you tracking number. We can’t, however, take responsibility for any lost or post-delivery damaged parcels as your parcel is delivered according to your instructions.
You will receive a tracking notification directly from DHL by email and SMS (text message). From there you can navigate your parcel’s journey.

The US Tax Free Threshold is: USD 800: No Duty & Taxes are imposed when your order total (incl. shipping charges) is under the amount of USD 800. If the full value of your items and shipping is over, the import tax on a shipment will be 10%. For example, if the declared value of your shipment is 800 USD, in order for the recipient to receive a package, an additional amount of 80.00 USD in taxes will be required to be paid to the destination countries government by the recipient.
The NZ Tax Free Threshold is: NZD 1,000: No Duty & Taxes are imposed when your order total (incl. shipping charges) is under the amount of NZD 1,000. If the full value of your items is over 1,000 NZD, the import tax on a shipment will be 15%. For example, if the declared value of your items is 1,000 NZD, in order for the recipient to receive a package, an additional amount of 15 NZD in taxes will be required to be paid to the destination countries government by the recipient.
The SG Tax Free Threshold is: SGD 400: No Duty & Taxes are imposed when your order total (incl. shipping charges) is under the amount of SGD 400. If the full value of your items is over 400 SGD, the import tax on a shipment will be 7%. For example, if the declared value of your items is 400 SGD, in order for the recipient to receive a package, an additional amount of 28 SGD in taxes will be required to be paid to the destination countries government by the recipient.
REST OF THE WORLD: Please refer to your local customs and import authorities about what your Import Duty, Taxes and additional charges may be. Any import related charges required to be paid to the destination countries government by the recipient.
