Our EXCHANGE process is different
Once you submit your Return Request online, and your request has been approved, you can go ahead and order the correct/wanted item immediately without having to wait for the return to reach our warehouse. We refund your returned item within 1 business day once received. That way no time is compromised and you can enjoy your wanted item much sooner.
Preferably keep the original packaging, make sure the product is returned in the same new condition it was received in & follow the below.

- Go to exchange/refunds
- Enter Order Id and email address used to make purchase You will be taken to details of your last order.
- Confirm that the order is one you wish to return the product from then click the “return” button at the bottom.
- Simply select the item/s you wish to return for exchange or refund and submit
RETURN ACCOUNT USERS
- Click LOGIN at top of this page
- LOGIN to your account using your username & password.This was emailed to you after your first order. Remember to check your spam/junk folder as we sometimes land there.Look for:

- Don’t have your password handy? No problem! Click on “Lost your password?“
- Once logged in, click on Orders in the side menu
- Voila… Click on RETURN & then follow the prompts
