Our Flat Rate Around Australia
We don’t have special rules and lots of fine print. At SAMMIMIS we like to keep it simple. That’s why we will ship your ultimate life accessory (your SAMMIMIS), to anywhere in Australia, whether to a PO Box, home or business address AND no matter how many towels for a flat rate economy of $10 or premium service for $15.
If you place your order before 4 pm (AWST), and your items are in stock, they will be shipped the same day, from our sister store UGGYS in Perth/Western Australia. You should receive a shipping notification within 24 hours from the time you ordered. If that is not the case, please check your junk mail or spam folder. You can expect your SAMMIMIS to be in your loving arms within 5-7 business days when choosing economy service or 2-3 business days when choosing premium service – so says Australia Post. Please allow a little extra time for out-of-stock items and during the busy pre-Christmas period. Should there be an issue with your order, you’ll receive an email or phone call from our Happy Life Team – could be Mahsa, Pauline, Penny, Annie or Dana – all lovely people. 🙂

Free delivery is available on orders of AUD $100 or more in one transaction for delivery within Australia only. Standard delivery rates will continue to apply to any orders of less than AUD $100.
POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
Your order is shipped by AUSPOST. Sometimes your order is traceable from 9 am the next day – so, please don’t panic! If case there is no online tracking within 48 hours after you received our shipping notification – again, don’t panic, we haven’t left the country – simply email us your full name, contact phone number and your order number to [email protected] and we’ll look into it further.
Goods will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
We recommend either a work address (please include full business name, receivers name and other relevant details) or PO BOX for prompt delivery.
We deliver by Australia Post or DHL for international orders. Goods may not be delivered on time due to circumstances (such as adverse weather, strikes etc.) beyond the control of SAMMIMIS, Australia Post or DHL.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers are available until stocks sell out.

To ensure you are happy with the process please find some handy information below.
All items posted from Australia OVERSEAS are subject to the destination country’s import/duty tax, regardless of which mail provider (e.g. Australia Post, TOLL, UPS, DHL) they are shipped with. Most items arrive without charge. However, if the receiver is charged import duty/tax (to be collected by DHL); it is the receiver’s responsibility to pay the courier prior to delivery or at delivery. As you have purchased your item in Australia, tax has already been paid, so in some countries the receiver can claim the import/duty tax back at their local customs. For specific information on import/duty tax, please browse the internet or contact the destination’s local customs office.
SAMMIMIS is not liable for customs penalties, storage charges, or other expenses incurred as a result of any hold ups in customs. We are not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of any country or state; we advise that you check local laws, before ordering.
If the receiver refuses the item, our courier will return the shipment to SAMMIMIS. We are happy to refund the cost of the returned products, excluding shipping and other charges (e.g. return postage). If the sender changes the receivers address while the ordered items are in transit, or if the address provided by the billing customer is wrong and the consignment has to be re-directed, we will charge the sender for the re-direction of the consignment.

SAMMIMIS uses DHL, a reputable worldwide courier company and as such, complies with DHL’s Terms and Conditions. We pass on DHL’s terms and conditions to our clients.
Our Worldwide Shipping Service is $50.00. This service is trackable, but
PLEASE NOTE: Our shipping service does not include insurance. If you wish to add insurance – this is an additional $40.00. SAMMIMIS does not take responsibility for anything that may happen to your items after we have sent them off. This includes items lost in transit. So please consider if you would feel happier with insurance protection.
IMPORTANT: Due to political unrest in some countries, our shipping service is only available to countries that are deemed safe to ship to at the time of purchase.
