Exchange and Returns – Online Orders Within Australia
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or simply want to exchange your purchased item, you can return your order.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE lodge your return package over the counter with Australia Post, so it’s trackable (we won’t cover lost in transit exchanges/returns), include a copy of your order printout and return to:

You can call us prior to sending your goods back on 1800 288 289 or email us at happylife@SAMMIMIS.com.au with your request and we will guide you through the process of returning or exchanging your item/s. So it is simple, easy and fast.

Exchange and Returns with SAMMIMIS made easy:

  • You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. A refund is only available during this time for online orders only. Exchange or credit notes are welcome after this period. Products must be in the condition you received them in and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • Purchases made in our pop-up stores receive a credit note – NOT a refund. The credit note can be also be activated and used at our online shop. To activate your credit note online, simply email happylife@sammimis.com.au with the credit note number and the amount of the credit note. We will activate within 24 hours from the time of your request
  • You can exchange your online purchase in our physical pop-up stores. Please check the store locations on our website as they change every year.
  • Once your return is received, it is inspected and processed by our Happy Life Team within 48 hours. Your exchange item will then be shipped within 24 hours for an additional $10.00 shipping fee (Economy Service or $15 Premium Service within Australia, when requested).
  • Your refund will be credited back through PayPal within 48 hours of receiving your return to the same account your purchase was originally paid from minus $10.00 shipping fee.

Please note: Depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days for your refund to be credited to your bank account.

Exchange/Return with SAMMIMIS made easy:

  • You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. A refund is only available for online orders. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • Once your return is received, it is inspected and processed by our Happy Life Team within 48 hours. Your exchange item will then be shipped within 24 hours for additional $50.00 shipping fee.
  • Your refund will be credited back within 48 hours of receiving your return to the same account your purchase was originally paid from minus the $50.00 shipping fee.

Please note: Depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days for your refund to be credited to your bank account.

Exchange And Returns – SAMMIMIS Pop-Up Stores (seasonal)
Different terms and conditions apply for purchases made in our pop-up stores, as our stores are temporary:

  • Purchases made in our pop-up stores receive a credit note – NOT a refund. This credit note can also be activated and used in our online shop by simply emailing happylife@sammimis.com.au with the credit note number requesting to be activated online. Your request will be processed within 48 hours (except weekends). If you wish, you can exchange your online purchase at any of our pop-up stores – please check dates and locations on our website as they are subject to change every year.
