CLOSING DOWN Exchange & Return T & Cs

When can I return/exchange until? 

All purchases made until Sunday, 31st December 2023, are eligible to be returned for an exchange or a refund.  

Naturally, the stock is selling out very fast, so your choice for exchanges will get smaller and smaller every day from now.  

We will of course try to find a similar colour and style where available. If there isn’t an option, a refund will have to be the answer.  

Purchases made from 1st January 2024 will not be eligible for a return/refund or an exchange.

When is the cut-off date for returns/exchanges?

Please submit the return/exchange request for all your purchases made before Sunday, 31st December 2023, by no later than Sunday, 7th January 2024.  

Return/Exchange requests made after 7th January 2024 will have to be rejected, sorry.

Can I use my gift card or store credit? 

Please, make sure you use it as soon as possible as once we are closed, gift cards or store credits cannot be refunded or redeemed.

In the unlikely event you experience any issue of fault or incorrectly item sent, please email us at happylife@sammimis.com.au instead of completing the return request, thank you.

Something important to note: 
The chances you'll need to return your purchase is less than 2%. Why? Because we know our numbers and because our customers tell us, that our products:

  • Are forgiving & true to size
  • Look better in real life than in the professionally taken photos 🙂
  • Are quality you’ll fall in love with and never want to part from again

Our RETURN/EXCHANGE process is different: Done in 3 simple steps:

  1. Submit your Return Request (Return & Exchange) online within 30 days of purchase. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive an instant confirmation email.
  2. Once your Return Request is approved, you will receive a 2nd email from us “Return Approved”, which will outline next steps of how to return your unwanted item/s back to us. When your unwanted item reaches our warehouse, we’ll process a refund within 1-2 business days.
  3. Wish to EXCHANGE? Once you submit your Return Request & ship your return back to us, you can go ahead and order the wanted/correct item/s (exchange) immediately without having to wait for the return process to be finalised. We refund your returned item/s within 1-2 business days upon receiving it. That way your time is not compromised, and you can enjoy your wanted/correct item/s (exchange) much sooner. We don’t process ‘direct’ exchanges as such = we like to keep it simple for everyone involved 🙂

PERSONALISE ME items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for a change of mind.

Strictly no returns on SECONDS & SAMPLES products. 

Please keep original packaging, to make sure the product is returned in the same new condition it was received in & follow the below.
