Our RETURN/EXCHANGE process is different: Done in 3 simple steps:
- Submit your Return Request (Return & Exchange) online within 90 days of purchase. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive an instant confirmation email.
- Once your Return Request is approved, you will receive a 2nd email from us “Return Approved”, which will outline next steps of how to return your unwanted item/s back to us. When your unwanted item reaches our warehouse, we’ll process a refund within 1-2 business days.
Wish to EXCHANGE? Once you submit your Return Request & ship your return back to us, you can go ahead and order the wanted/correct item/s (exchange) immediately without having to wait for the return process to be finalised. We refund your returned item/s within 1-2 business days upon receiving it. That way your time is not compromised, and you can enjoy your wanted/correct item/s (exchange) much sooner. We don’t process ‘direct’ exchanges as such = we like to keep it simple for everyone involved 🙂
