For instore & online purchases

    1. Subject line: Exchange or return?
    2. Name | Order/Instore Receipt Number (Audit) | Reason
    3. PayPal address or email address: to which a payment requests and transfer money notifications can be sent to.
    1. Return item/s within 30 days from the date your order was shipped/purchased in our pop-up stores
    2. Include a copy of the email you sent to our Happy Life Team as it is already typed up. Alternatively, hand-written details of your name and order/receipt number
    3. All merchandise must be in its original packaging, condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags
    4. We’d love, if you could use the original postage satchel (recycling at its best = we love saving the world)
    5. Extended Christmas exchanges and returns: If you buy between the 1st October and 25th December exchanges and returns can be done until 30th January for online & instore purchases
  3. SHIP IT:
    1. Use your own shipping carrier and method. We recommend using a service that’s trackable & offers insurance. Australia Post has a variety of services & competitive prices
    2. Address to:

    3. Keep the tracking number… just in case we need to track your parcel

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE and everything is in order:

    1. Payment request will be sent to you through PayPal to cover AUD $10.00 shipping and handling fee + any price difference from the exchanged item to the original item
    2. Once the payment is made, your exchanged item/s will be shipped within 1 business day from the time payment was received … that’s our promise!
    3. You will receive a shipping notification including tracking number once your order is shipped
    1. Will be process within 1 business day through PayPal (excluding your original & return postage)
    2. We can process refunds through EFT; however, it will take 3-5 business days to process the refund
    3. Once the refund has been processed you will receive a refund confirmation email

We will charge $15.00 postage (to recover your initial postage cost which we subsidise) & handling fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
